Our adult 55 and older park is a  funfilled community consisting of 119 double wide manufactured homes.

We are a resident owned park with clubhouse, pool with no lifeguard, shuffleboard courts, dart room and billiard room. Coachwood East is run by volunteer HOA board and has a very active Social Club that plans fun activities during the year. 

We are located close to Leesburg, FL downtown and also close to the Villages so shopping, dining and music abound. Some of the residents own golf carts to get around our park.

We do not have a phone at the clubhouse.
